Spicy Lamb Kebabs

INGREDIENTS:
3 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp red wine or balsamic vinegar
3 crushed garlic cloves
2 tsp curry
2 tsp freshly grated ginger
¼ tsp salt
¼ tsp pepper
¼ tsp Tabasco sauce
leg of lamb, deboned and trimmed of fat, and cut into cubes.

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Marinate the lamb at least 2 hrs, and preferably overnight. BBQ with fresh vegetables and enjoy!
