Grilled Figs With Goat Cheese

INGREDIENTS:
- 8 oz goat cheese
- 2 tsp finely chopped rosemary
- salt and pepper
- 24 fresh figs
- 1/4 pound sliced prosciutto
- 6 long sprigs rosemary
- olive oil
DIRECTIONS:
- Combine cheese, rosemary, salt and pepper. Make a small slit in bottom or side of each fig and pipe or stuff cheese mixture into figs.
- Wrap strips of prosciutto around each fig and skewer 4 figs per rosemary twig. Brush with oil, season.
- Place figs on hot grill and grill until cheese starts to ooze, about 6 minutes.
