Blueberry Bonanza
Sweet comfort food for all ages. This crumble tastes even better topped with a scoop of ice cream.

INGREDIENTS:
- For the filling:
- 8 cups fresh blueberries (about a kilogram)
- 1/3 cup golden brown sugar, packed
- 3/4 cup orange juice
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 2 Tbsp. cornstarch
- For topping:
- 2 cups rolled oats
- 1/3 cup butter, at room temperature
- 1/3 cup golden brown sugar, packed
- 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
- Pinch ground cloves
- Pinch ground nutmeg
- 3 Tbsp. flour
DIRECTIONS:

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Combine the filling ingredients in a bowl and then spoon into a 9-inch x 13-inch baking dish.br />
Mix the topping ingredients together until well combined. Sprinkle over the filling. - Bake the crumble for 35 to 40 minutes, or until golden brown and bubbly. Serve warm or at room temperature.
