Herb Parmesan Cream Sauce

INGREDIENTS:
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
- 2 tbsp. basil, chopped finely
- 2 cups heavy cream
- salt and pepper to taste
DIRECTIONS:

Heat the cream in a small sauce pan and let boil until it is reduced by 1/ Be careful not to burn it.
2 Stir in the Parmesan cheese, and the basil
add salt (remember the cheese) and pepper. Taste for balance.
