Herb Parmesan Cream Sauce

1 cup of sauce

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 2 tbsp. basil, chopped finely
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • salt and pepper to taste

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Heat the cream in a small sauce pan and let boil until it is reduced by 1/ Be careful not to burn it.
    2 Stir in the Parmesan cheese, and the basil
    add salt (remember the cheese) and pepper. Taste for balance.
    Serve
