Strawberry Ginger Salsa

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 1/2 cups strawberries, hulled and coarsely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons chopped onion or shallots
  • 2-3 tablespoons fresh lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon minced fresh ginger
  • 1 tablespoon liquid honey
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh bail
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh cilantro leaves

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Mix strawberries, onion, lime juice, ginger, and honey in a small bowl.
  2. Set aside for flavours to combine. When ready to serve, add basil and cilantro and mix well.
