Strawberry Ginger Salsa

INGREDIENTS:
- 1 1/2 cups strawberries, hulled and coarsely chopped
- 2 tablespoons chopped onion or shallots
- 2-3 tablespoons fresh lime juice
- 1 tablespoon minced fresh ginger
- 1 tablespoon liquid honey
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh bail
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh cilantro leaves
DIRECTIONS:
- Mix strawberries, onion, lime juice, ginger, and honey in a small bowl.
- Set aside for flavours to combine. When ready to serve, add basil and cilantro and mix well.
