Mushroom Pork Chops

INGREDIENTS:
- 4 pork chops, bone in or boneless
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tsp dried Rosemary
- 1 clove garlic, finely chopped
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1/2 pound fresh mushrooms, sliced
- 2 (10.75 ounce) cans condensed cream of mushroom soup
DIRECTIONS:
- Season pork chops with salt, pepper, garlic and rosemary, to taste. In a large frying pan, brown the chops over medium heat. remove the chops to a 9 X 13 casserole dish.
- Add the onions, and mushrooms to the pan, and saute for 2 to 4 minutes. Pour onion mixture and both cans of soup over the pork chops and smooth out. Place in a 350 degree oven and bake for 30 minutes. Remove from oven and serve.
