Granola
Margaret's specialty. Makes a very large batch

INGREDIENTS:
- 24 cups quick oats
- 5 cups unsweetened coconut
- 4 cups sunflower seeds or mixed sunflower, hazelnuts
- 2 cups almonds
- 1 1/2 cups brown sugar
- 1lb. butter
DIRECTIONS:
- In a large stainless steel bowl, mix the oats, coconut, sunflower seeds and almonds.
- In a saucepan, melt the brown sugar and the butter.
- Drizzle the sugar/butter mixture over the grain/nut mixture, mix in well.
- Bake at 325 degrees until crispy an tanned, mixing every half hour. This should take about 3 hours.
