Baked Chicken Tenders

These chicken tenders are coated in a delicious crust, yet have no breading. so they're awesome.

INGREDIENTS:
  • 900 grams chicken tenders (150 grams per person)
  • 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons parsley minced
  • 1 tablespoon dried oregano
  • 1 tablespoon paprika
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • Pinch of cayenne pepper
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/2 cup melted butter

DIRECTIONS:
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Combine all dry ingredients in a mixing bowl and set aside.
  3. Line rimmed baking sheet with foil. Melt butter in a shallow dish.
  4. Dip each chicken tender in butter then roll in seasoning mixture and place on a prepared baking sheet.
  5. Bake for 15 -20 minutes or until the chicken registers 150 degrees F on an instant-read thermometer.
