Curried Four-Fruit Bake

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1/3 cup butter
  • ¾ cup brown sugar, packed
  • 4 tsp curry powder
  • 1 16oz can pear halves
  • maraschino cherries
  • 1 6oz can peach halves
  • 1 can pineapple rings

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Heat oven to 325 degrees.
  2. Melt butter and mix in curry and sugar. Drain the fruit and place in a baking dish. Pour butter mixture overtop.
  3. Bake 1 hour, uncovered. Serve warm with ham.
