Orange Parsnips (or Carrots)

INGREDIENTS:
- 6 parsnips
- 3-4 tbsp orange juice concentrate
- ½ tsp salt
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1/3 cup brown sugar
DIRECTIONS:
- Peel parsnips and slice lengthwise in 3” sections. Butter a baking dish and arrange the parsnips. On top of parsnips place the orange juice concentrate, salt, butter, and brown sugar.
- Cover with aluminum foil. Bake for 1 hr in a 350 deg. oven, stirring once halfway through. Check to see if parsnips are tender.
