Oma’s Sautéed Apples

INGREDIENTS:
- 8 apples, peeled and sliced; any kind but Granny Smith’s
- ¼ cup butter
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- a handful of walnuts, pecans or almonds
- shake of salt over surface
DIRECTIONS:
- Heat on high until hot. Cook on medium-low for a total of 20 minutes. Distribute nuts over top before serving.
