Apple and Almond relish

INGREDIENTS:
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1 tsp honey
- 1 granny Smith apple, peeled and finely died
- 4 tbsp coarsely chopped toasted almonds
- 1 tbsp fine chopped fresh chives
DIRECTIONS:
- Melt the butter and honey in a small saute pan over medium heat. Add the apple and almonds and cook gently for 5 minutes. Remove from the heat and cool.
- When the relish has cooled to room temperature, stir in the chives.
