Parmesan Potatoes

INGREDIENTS:

  • 4 Yukon gold or regular potatoes, peeled and cut in halves or quarters 3 tbsp olive oil ½ cup Parmesan cheese

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Place the potatoes in a large single layer baking dish. Drizzle on oil and stir. Sprinkle on cheese and stir again. Bake for around 30 minutes @ 350 F
