Peach Clafouti
One of family's old time favourite desserts

INGREDIENTS:
- 1 cup milk (2% or 3.8%)
- 1 cup 10% cream
- 3 eggs
- 1/4 cup flour
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 3 tablespoons granulated sugar
- 1 large jar of canned peach slices or 4 large fresh peaches, peeled and each one sliced into 8 slices
DIRECTIONS:
- Heat the oven to 375 degrees F.
- Drain the peaches and place in a large round buttered and sugared flan dish. Blend all other ingredients (except the peaches) in a blender on high, for 2 minutes.
- Pour over the peaches and bake for 45 to 50 minutes or until lightly golden on top.
