Mustard Sauce for Sausages

INGREDIENTS:

1/3 cup dry mustard

1 cup brown sugar

1 cup beef stock

1/3 cup white vinegar

1 heaped tsp cornstarch

3 eggs beaten hard
DIRECTIONS:

Combine all ingredients in a pot. Mix the cornstarch in a separate dish before adding.
Cook until it thickens, stirring constantly.

Bake the sausages in a 400°F oven. Turn once or twice. Drain. Wipe with paper towels.
Cut into halves or thirds. Use strong toothpicks.
