Mustard Sauce for Sausages

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1/3 cup dry mustard
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1 cup beef stock
  • 1/3 cup white vinegar
  • 1 heaped tsp cornstarch
  • 3 eggs beaten hard

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Combine all ingredients in a pot. Mix the cornstarch in a separate dish before adding. Cook until it thickens, stirring constantly.
  2. Bake the sausages in a 400°F oven. Turn once or twice. Drain. Wipe with paper towels. Cut into halves or thirds. Use strong toothpicks.
