Stuffed Mushrooms
Justly famous from many a New Year's Eve

INGREDIENTS:
- 3 dozen medium sized white or crimini mushrooms
- 3 large garlic cloves
- 1 cup bread crumbs
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1 cup parsley
- 6 tbs. olive oil
- 1/2 cup white wine
- 1 cup parmesan cheese
DIRECTIONS:
- Separate mushroom caps from their stems
- IIn blender, or food processor blend garlic until fine
- Add parsley, mushroom stems, pepper, salt blend till fine
- Blend in olive oil, egg, cheese and bread crumbs for a short few seconds
- Fill mushroom caps with the mixture
- Drizzle caps with the wine.
- Bake in a 425 degree oven for 15 minutes
