Tea Salad Dressing
A neat way to make a milder salad dressing

INGREDIENTS:
- 1 cup oil
- 1 cup strong black tea
- ½ cup vinegar
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 tbsp dried basil
- 6 tbsp white sugar
- 6 chopped garlic cloves
- 1 tsp powdered mustard 1 tsp pepper 2 tsp salt
DIRECTIONS:
- Blend in a food processor or blender until smooth. Store in the fridge in a jar or bottle. Serve over a salad of spinach, strawberries, blue cheese, red onions, and toasted pine nuts.
