Italian Vinaigrette
This vinaigrette with an Italian flair is both easy and tasty.

INGREDIENTS:
- 3/4 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup white wine vinegar
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1 tsp dried basil
- 1/2 tsp onion powder or flakes
- 1/2 tsp crushed red pepper
- 3/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 2 tsp lemon juice
DIRECTIONS:
- Add all ingredients to a jar, place the lid on the jar, and give it a good shake! Alternately, place the ingredients in a medium bowl and use a hand blender to mix it. The dressing tends to stay emulsified longer using this method.
- Like all vinegar based dressings, you may need to shake it up again before pouring to eliminate separation.
