Jalapeno Ranch Dressing
Jalapeno Ranch is great as a dressing dip or sauce. It has a thick cream base and is lightened up with fresh cilantro and lime juice.

INGREDIENTS:
- 1 cup sour cream
- 3 tablespoons cilantro, finely chopped
- 1 Jalapeno Seeded and chopped finely
- 2 teaspoons lime juice, freshly squeezed
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
DIRECTIONS:
- Combine all dressing ingredients in the bowl of a food processor or with a hand held blender. Blend until creamy and smooth, about 40 seconds.
