Classic Burger Sauce

What turns a good classic cheeseburger into a great one? The answer: this awesome burger sauce!

INGREDIENTS:

  • ¼ cup (56 g) mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon dill pickle juice
  • 1 teaspoon ketchup
  • 1 teaspoon dijon mustard
  • ¼ teaspoon smoked paprika
  • ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ¼ teaspoon onion powder
  • ¼ teaspoon ground black pepper

DIRECTIONS:

  1. In a small bowl, whisk together all of the ingredients.
  2. Serve immediately, or refrigerate, covered, for up to 1 week.
  3. Note: This recipe is for 2 burgers. It is easy to double or quadruple.
