Hildegard's Brown Bread
Nice heavy country bread, baked at Christina lake

INGREDIENTS:
- 3 cups white flour
- 1/2 cup olive or sunflower oil
- 3 cups whole wheat flour
- 3 cups dark rye flour
- 1 cup flax seed
- 1 cup sunflower seeds
- 1 to 2 tablespoons salt
- 3 packets traditional yeast
DIRECTIONS:
- Mix all the ingredients in a large bowl.
- Stir 8 cups of warm (about 110 degrees F) water into the mixture in the bowl.
- Using extra AP flour to avoid dough sticking to your hands, knead until the dough is no longer sticky.
- Let rise in a warm place for 1 hour.
- Put into greased bread pans and let rise again for another hour.
- Bake at 400 degrees F for 1 hour.
- Turn out of the pans pans let cool a little.
